  • Your last name may also include suffixes such as Jr., Sr., III, etc.
  • Please look on your receipt to see exactly how your name should be entered.

  • Enter your 10-digit Order Number without spaces or dashes. Look on your receipt for a 10-digit number.
  • For Church portraits, look on the shipping tag. It will start with a 4 or a 5.
